Hospice Care and Euthanasia Packages

Comfort Care Basic Package:

• initial consult/evaluation
• monitor comfort level
• one in home visits/week (at least 2 visits a month will be by a veterinarian)

Pain Management Plus Package:

• initial consult/evaluation
• monitor comfort level
• laser treatment or massage therapy
• acupuncture
• 2-3 visits/week (at least 1/week will be by a veterinarian)

Intensive Care Package:

• initial consult/evaluation
• monitor comfort level/QOL
• supportive care (placing IVC, fluids, etc.)
• up to 5 visits/week as needed.

• euthanasia

• after care (if cremation chosen vs at home burial)

• emergency or urgent care fees may apply

A La Carte:

• evaluation/examination

• Mileage/call fee based on zones

• laser treatment

• massage

• acupuncture

• doctor visitation

• technician visitation

• euthanasia

• cremation

When a package is purchased, that is a non-refundable purchase. Cost of medications and supplies are not included in package prices. When a package is purchased, at home euthanasia during normal business hours is included at no extra charge.
